Migsoft Training Centre provides courses certified and accredited by the National Open College Network (NOCN) https://trainingcentre-search.nocn.org/. At Migsoft Training Centre, we recruit consultants and collaborate with industry practitioners renowned for their expertise in the UK job market and academic proficiency. Our trainers boast over two decades of industry experience spanning various sectors, such as electronics, mechanical engineering, automotive, industrial chemicals, operations and maintenance, raw materials, indirect goods and services, construction, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), wholesale, and retail. They also bring extensive experience from their involvement with further and higher education institutions in Scotland. This will ensure that learners receive high-quality education and practical insights relevant to their chosen fields. It also emphasises Migsoft's commitment to providing learners with instructors who possess both theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience, ensuring a well-rounded and enriching learning experience.
Our Training Approach
At Migsoft Training Centre, we offer NOCN approved individual courses, certificates, awards, and diplomas in the area of management and productivity. Our team will discuss your specific needs and guide you through the appropriate programs.
We offer courses either face-to-face at our Glasgow office or in an online training format. Throughout your training, you will receive comprehensive support from our highly skilled trainers, who are accessible via email or our online platform for any questions or assistance. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service and is always ready to assist each and every one of our learners.
All our courses are designed, developed, and delivered by industry professionals or practitioners, providing learners the opportunity to share their practices and experiences. Upon enrolment, you will gain access to the NOCN vLearn portal, where you can download materials and training content. All lessons are interactive, including exercises for consolidation, and culminate in an end-of-course assessment. Upon successful completion of the assessment, you will receive a certificate, award, or diploma from NOCN.
Individual modules
Our courses are available as individual modules, enabling learners to concentrate on the subjects that are most interested. The duration of the individual units are approximately 30 hours of training. Throughout the courses, you will complete various exercises and tasks before taking the validation test. Upon completion of your course, you will receive an NOCN certificate in that subject, which you can include on your CV.
Diploma Courses
In addition to individual courses, we offer a range of diplomas designed to equip you with comprehensive skills and specialised training for various roles. Our diplomas consist of a combination of individual courses, seminars, and workshops. We offer diplomas in areas such as Management of Productivity, Leadership and Management of Productivity and Performance, and Strategic Leadership of Performance and Productivity. Upon successful completion of a diploma, you will receive a diploma certificate along with certificates for all individual courses completed. The duration of our diplomas varies, but you can be assured of acquiring a broad set of skills that will be highly attractive to employers. Courses can be taken on a part-time or full-time basis, with evening and weekend training options available.
